16 December 2009 — Lizzie Emeh released her debut album Loud and Proud on Friday 9 October. She has made history as the first solo artist with a learning disability to release an album in the UK. Her album launch took place at the Royal Festival Hall. Here she performs Manifesto/Get Your Groove with Mat Fraser.

´The Freak & The Showgirl´ our brand new comic cabaret of striptease, freakshow and song, comes to the Amsterdam Fringe Festival

16th September:
I"ll be doing my Lynchian evilest at the 1st birthday for the best cabaret currently in London, The Double R Club, at Bethnal Green Working Men"s club.

25th September:
I"ll be doing a couple of spots at "Gypsy Hotel", which is now in a new venue in London, details to come....

15th and 16th October:
"Reason To Be Cheerful" a new musical about Ian Dury. I"m drumming again, in this new piece of work, at the Ipswich New Wolsey Theatre

26th Oct-13th November:
RTBC @ Theatre Royal Stratford East. Details to come.....
